Delivery Time Frame

Orders are processed from Mondays-Fridays only. Orders after 3pm, throughout the weekend, and on holidays are processed the next working day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays. Orders made before 1pm will be handed to the courier by 5pm. Once it's with the courier, you will receive an update with your tracking number.
Upon turn over to the courier, your order can be expected within
- 3-5 working days for greater NCR, up to 8 days including weekends and holidays
- 4-7 working days for major cities outside NCR, up to 9 days including weekends and holidays
- 6-8 working days for other provincial areas, up to 10 days including weekends and holidays
**do expect delays in event of heavy rains, typhoons, flooding, etc.
